WHAT ATTRACTED YOU TO THE FINTECH INDUSTRY AND SOUND PAYMENTS?

I’ve been in the Financial Services industry for 25+ years and very involved in the development and innovation of value-added solutions. The opportunity to serve as a founding member and President of Sound Payments and build a world-class organization within the FinTech vertical was very exciting.

WHAT IS YOUR FOCUS AT SOUND PAYMENTS?

I am focusing on building a robust operational foundation to exceed clients’ expectations through our development and integration capabilities of value-added solutions. My main responsibility is the overall financial performance and growth of the company through the seamless execution of our strategic plan.

Our organization is very flat, process oriented and follows the principles of Lean Six Sigma and Agile. We know that value and life-long relationships can only be achieved through the eyes and perceptions of the end-user. Our value proposition is based on speed, flexibility, innovation, ease and reliability.

WHAT WOULD BE THE TOP TWO MOST INTERESTING PLACES YOU VISITED AND WHAT WAS THE MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT?

I have traveled to many parts of the world but the most interesting places have been Israel and China. Most memorable moment in Israel was visiting the Church of the Holy Sepulcher and the Wailing Wall. Most memorable moment in China was touring the different sites, learning about their culture and enjoying their food.

WHAT ARE YOUR TOP TWO FAVORITE BOOKS?

My favorite book of all times is the Bible and in second place is “Execution: The Discipline of Getting Things Done” by Larry Bossidy and Ram Charan.
